Hosting Policy

This Hosting Policy outlines the terms and conditions associated with TechCreative, LLC website hosting services, including payment obligations and consequences of non-payment. By using our services, clients agree to abide by these terms.

1. Payment Terms
• Hosting fees are due in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis as selected by the client during signup.
• Clients will pay by ACH (bank account) on the date specified in the Recurring Payment Authorization Form completed and signed by the Client prior to hosting startup.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
• Payments can be made via ACH only, unless other arrangements have been made with TechCreative, LLC.
3. Grace Period
• A grace period of 3 days will be provided if the hosting payment fails for insufficient funds. During this time, an invoice will be sent that includes a $10 late fee. If the invoice isn’t paid within the grace period, hosting service may be interrupted after this date.
4. Consequences of Non-Payment
• Late Payment Fee: After the initial grace period, a late payment fee of $25 may be applied.
• Service Suspension: If payment is not received within 10 days from the original billing date, hosting services will be suspended. The client will no longer have access to the website.
• Data Loss: Continued non-payment after 20 days may result in data loss or website deletion. We will attempt to notify the client via email before permanent deletion, at which time the website is not recoverable.
5. Client Responsibilities
• Clients are responsible for ensuring that their bank account information is up to date.
• Clients should maintain communication with TechCreative, LLC regarding any potential payment issues to avoid service disruption.
6. Changes to Policy
• We reserve the right to update this Hosting Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email.
